Moe’s Broadway Bagel, a cherished name in the Boulder brunch scene, is making significant strides in Denver, Denver Post reports. The brand recently announced its second location in the Mile High City is coming to 1390 S. Colorado Blvd.
The bagel shop has secured a lease in the Century 21 Plaza, near I-25 and several popular retailers. It will occupy a 2,700-square-foot suite, strategically situated between Ajinoya Ramen and Zero Degrees.
Moe’s is aiming to open the doors to the new location around New Year’s. This will be its seventh store; the others are four in Boulder (North Boulder, Broadway, 28th Street, and Table Mesa), one in Louisville, and one in Denver by Cap Hill.
Founded by the Sherman family over three decades ago, Moe’s Broadway Bagel has built its reputation on crafting authentic, boiled-and-baked bagels. The first store opened in Boulder in 1992.
The brand did not respond to requests for comment in time for publication.
