A new bakery and coffee concept from the owners of Beeler Perk and Bosnian Baker will be named Elements Bakery & Coffee Shop, city records reveal. The official address for the business will be 3875 Steele St. #1143 in the Clayton neighborhood.

The business venture has been in the works for a few months but details have all been under wraps, including the name. Now, building log permits filed show more details about the upcoming establishment.

A health plan review application states that the 2,440-square-foot space will have a 684-square-foot commercial kitchen and seating for 45 inside and outside. Elements will be open from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. The business expects to serve approximately 260 meals each day.

The total valuation of the project is listed as $488,000: $365,464 in construction, $3,000 in demolition, $52,021 in electrical, $36,454 in plumbing, and $31,061 in mechanical work.
