Apiary Hotel, opening early 2026 in the Denver Tech Center, will be introducing Keepers Cocktail Lounge as its on-site cocktail bar, according to the property’s website. Located at 4855 S Quebec Street, the hotel’s lounge will be open to both hotel guests and the public.
The 20-story, 175-key hotel is a branded affiliation within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, positioned as South Denver’s first lifestyle extended-stay hotel. It will be run by Stonebridge Companies, in collaboration with Copford Capital Management, Denver Business Journal reports. On the upper floors will be private luxury apartments, coined the Apiary Residences, with a separate entrance and amenities.
Keepers Cocktail Lounge is teased as a sophisticated, inviting space inspired by beekeepers, the quiet guardians of the hive. The lounge is designed with warm, intentional details meant to serve as a social hub within the property. More information about the lounge (and a grab-and-go store at the hotel called June Gap Market & Café) will be released soon, a PR rep told What Now Denver. Both will be managed by a food-and-beverage director through Stonebridge.
“We are excited to introduce our unique lifestyle extended stay concept in Belleview Station,” Alison Mitchell, General Manager of Apiary Hotel, said. “Our hotel ecosystem mirrors the beehive model we draw inspiration from, with each member of our team working hard and collaborating to ensure top-tier service, amenities, and guest experiences.”
LinkedIn job postings from late November show the venue was hiring for full- and part-time bartender roles, though the positions appear to have been filled, as those listings are no longer active.
Other amenities within the building will include housekeeping, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, a pet wash, a car wash station, and concierge and valet service.
