Apiary Hotel, opening early 2026 in the Denver Tech Center, will be introducing Keepers Cocktail Lounge as its on-site cocktail bar, according to the property’s website. Located at 4855 S Quebec Street, the hotel’s lounge will be open to both hotel guests and the public.

The 20-story, 175-key hotel is a branded affiliation with the Residence Inn by Marriott. It will be run by Stonebridge Companies, through its arm Copford Capital Management, the Denver Business Journal reports. On the upper floors will be private luxury apartments, coined the Apiary Residences.

Keepers Lounge is teased as a sophisticated spot with moody, elegant touches. More information about the lounge (and a grab-and-go store at the hotel called June Gap Market & Cafe) will be released soon, a PR rep told What Now Denver.  Both will be managed by a F&B director through Stonebridge.

LinkedIn job postings from late November show the venue was hiring for full- and part-time bartender roles, but the postions appears to have been filled, as those listings are no longer up.

Other amenities within the building will include housekeeping, concierge, and valet service. There will be a rooftop pool, fitness center, pet wash, and car wash station as well.
