Dry Dock Brewing Company announced it has secured a new location, just days before it will close up shop at its current spot in Aurora. The brand will move to the Wash Park area, taking over the former Pub on Pearl space – 1101 S. Pearl St.
“Say hello to Dry Dock Pub— offering a full bar, elevated pub fare, a big outdoor patio, live music & more,” the company shared. “We plan to open this spring, and grand opening details will be coming soon!”
This news comes on the heels of several changes for Dry Dock. Last April, What Now Denver covered the brand’s acquisition by Left Hand Brewing. In October, it was announced that its flagship would close and they would be searching for a new spot.
The Wash Park pub will feature more than a dozen taps pouring beers from both Dry Dock and Left Hand, along with a full bar, elevated pub food, a large outdoor patio, private event areas, bar games, televisions, and a stage for live music.
Founded in 2005, Dry Dock Brewing was Aurora’s first craft brewery and has become one of the state’s most decorated, earning 28 Great American Beer Festival medals and eight World Beer Cup awards. Its production has since been moved to the Left Hand Longmont facility.
