In the heart of Snowmass Village, the Viceroy hotel has been undergoing some significant transformations. The 130 Wood Rd. property’s restaurant TORO Kitchen & Lounge is getting a refresh, the brand’s website states.

While it is temporarily closed for renovations, TORO Kitchen & Lounge is gearing up for a grand reopening in late summer. Currently, the concept is testing out dishes at the Viceroy Lounge before reopening.

The establishment features private dining rooms for a more intimate experience. These are available to reserve for parties of 12 or more. For those who want to enjoy carry-out, the business offers takeout service as well.

At the helm of TORO’s kitchen is renowned Chef Richard Sandoval, a global pioneer in contemporary Latin cuisine. The brand has a focus on Pan-Latin-inspired dishes, as well as an extensive wine menu.
