Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen is getting ready to open another location in the Denver Airport at 8500 Peña Boulevard.

According to recent reporting from Denver Eater, this new location will move into Concourse B alongside Portland-based Voodoo Doughnuts.

Rosenberg’s started out when its owner, Joshua Pollack, moved into Colorado from the East Coast and noticed a need for a good, local bagel.

Westword reported that Pollack became so obsessed with making bagels correctly that he even reconfigures his water to adjust the mineral content to be closer to those found in the New York City taps.

Pollack must be doing something right, since Food & Wine magazine named Rosenberg’s as one of the 50 greatest bagel shops in the country earlier this year, and the New York Times stated the shop “has taken the quest for a decent New York-style bagel west of the Mississippi to heroic heights.”

The website for Rosenberg’s also allows diners to sign up for their loyalty program, where buyers earn one point for every dollar spent with a $5 reward every time you surpass $50. Points at any location are doubled after 4 pm.

What Now Denver reached out to Pollack for more information about the opening date, but he was unavailable for comment on Friday. As of now, Rosenberg’s and Voodoo Doughnuts are slated to open in Concourse B sometime in 2022.
