Rush Bowls will be expanding, opening a new location in Lafayette sometime this spring. A local mortgage professional announced that she signed on as a franchise partner and will be bringing the brand to 400 W. South Boulder Rd., Suite 1200.

“In addition to being your resource for all things mortgage, I am the new owner of Rush Bowls Lafayette!! The store will be located in The District next to OTIS Coffee near Button Rock (400 W South Boulder Rd, Ste 1200). The lease is signed – now time for design, permits, construction… the fun stuff. ETA on opening is Spring 2026!” she wrote on social media.

The location will serve Rush Bowl’s signature acai and smoothie bowls, featuring all-natural fruits and vegetables, topped with organic granola, honey, and customizable fresh toppings. The concept emphasizes nutrient-dense, fast-casual options positioned as healthier alternatives to traditional quick-service meals.

Rush Bowls was founded in Boulder in 2004 by Andrew Pudalov, who relocated from NYC to Colorado to create a health-focused food concept. Today, the corporation operates more than 50 locations nationwide, and its website claims there are over 100 additional units in development across the U.S.
