Mediterranean street food destination Shawarma Shack will be bringing its tantalizing flavors to Longmont. A recent press release has revealed the brand is one of the tenants at Parkway Food Hall — at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd Suite 200.

CEO of Food Hall Solutions Pat Garza noted that this expansion marks an exciting chapter in the company’s journey. With construction and permits underway, the project is moving along well and the brand is excited to open.

Shawarma Shack patrons enjoy an array of Mediterranean delights, from hummus, baba ghanoush, and falafel to sandwiches, platters, and more. The concept was started by Pat Garza and Yaser Khalaf at Junction Food & Drink a few years ago.

Parkway Food Hall is one of the latest commercial ventures in Longmont. This Mediterranean option will add unique and diverse options to the dining and drinking establishment.
