A members-only Trackman golf facility is set to revolutionize the local putting scene in Northern Colorado. City permits show Fort Collins is getting ready to welcome Skylark Indoor Golf Club, which will be located at 1514 E Harmony Rd #4 and be open year-round.

Co-owner Steven Wright will manage the enterprise alongside his wife Allison. He has a wide range of experience, with over a decade in the college and pro athletics sphere, as well as a specialty in sales and marketing. Allison is a physician’s assistant who works within emergency rooms of the UC Health system.

“We are excited to be the newest addition to the Northern Colorado golf community. Our goal is to help avid golfers play more golf, play better golf, and build their golf community,” he said.

Steven told What Now Denver the property passed fire and city inspections last week. There will be three simulator bays with iO radar and seating, TVs, and a lounge area. They won’t be applying for a liquor license, but will have a coffee bar with refreshments and snacks.

A grand opening date has not been established yet, but Skylark is already accepting memberships and bay reservations. Monthly memberships are $240 per month, and an annual membership is $2,640 for the year. Both include unlimited tee times, three active bookings, 14-day advance reservations, a waived initiation fee, and more, its website advertises. Special discounted pricing is available for the first forty patrons to sign up for each: $195/month or $2,145/year.
