Small Plates Offered at Dry Land Distillers

Dry Land Distillers, nestled in downtown Longmont, is introducing their delectable small plates menu, according to Travel Boulder. The concept, located at 519 Main St., will have bites from locally-sourced ingredients Wednesday through Saturday, and have a special menu on Sundays.

From its signature Antero Wheat Whiskey to the unique Cactus Spirit distilled from native prickly pear cactus, every spirit crafted at Dry Land pays homage to the wild places that inspire them.

In addition to their expanded culinary offerings, Dry Land Distillers is also partnering with the Times Collaborative, a coworking and events space in downtown Longmont, to provide spirits, cocktails, and bar services for public events.

Patrons can visit the business on Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Fridays from 3:00 – 10:00, Saturdays from 2:00 – 10:00, and Sundays between 11:00 – 5:00.
