The Birdie Factory, a new indoor golf entertainment facility, is set to open in Boulder, liquor licensing records show. In February, the business was granted an entertainment facility license to sell boozy beverages onsite — at 2520 Arapahoe Ave. Suite 160.

Records show the business operates under an entity titled Fergie’s Indoor Golf Inc. Andrew Ferguson is designated as the 100% owner, sole member, and registered manager. He told What Now Denver the concept is currently under construction, and they are actively hiring for all positions. The hope is to open in May, with operating hours until 10 PM Monday through Thursday, until midnight Friday and Saturday, and until 6 PM on Sunday.

A 5,000 sq ft facility, it will include 5 golf hitting bays with simulators offering ball tracking data, slow motion swing replays, and AI technology for interactive feedback. It will offer year-round indoor golf experiences, have leagues to join, provide private golfing lessons and memberships, and host events, its website advertises. There will also be other games like zombie dodgeball, soccer, football, and more.

Additionally, The Birdie Factory will have a bar featuring 16 tap handles, cocktails, wine, and liquor. It will serve old classics like the gin & tonic, as well as signature cocktails that play off of golf classics, like the “Transfusion.” Ferguson, a CU alum, has a 20-year history in the beer business.

“We understand that golf is more than just a game—it’s about making memories, enjoying good company, and celebrating wins (even the small ones),” he told What Now Denver.
