Jeff Krebs and Mike Zapf have proven themselves to be great restaurant owners — they have run The Boot Grill in Loveland for the last 12 years. And now, they will be opening another eatery in nearby Windsor, according to local outlets.

Retro 102.5 reported this week that Krebs and Zapf are working to open Hillstone Tavern at 445 Apex Dr. There are images of construction going on at the property that were posted three weeks ago, and the publication says that “by the end of the summer of 2023, the place will be in full operation.”

Job postings for Hillstone Tavern show that the business is looking for all front-of-house and back-of-house positions and hosted open inter news this week.

The menu will include appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, entrees, desserts and breakfast and brunch on the weekends. There will be a 27-foot bar and outdoor patio seating as well.
