The Greenwich is a forthcoming upscale casual restaurant headed toward 3258 Larimer Street in the foodie-centric RiNo district.

The New York City natives running the new restaurant are Delores Tronco, the mastermind behind The Banty Rooster, and Justin Freeman, the chef formerly known for Upland and Nobu.

Although What Now Denver reached out to Tronco on Tuesday for further confirmation on an opening, she was unavailable for comment. As of now, they’re shooting for a mid-September 2021 date.

The Greenwich, according to their page on Culinary Agents, will “be high on quality standards while remaining fun and irreverent” with a cuisine that “showcases fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared with a New York Twist.”

Additionally, the bar program will feature a rotation of six to eight seasonal cocktails, upward of 70 selections for wine, and a “thoughtful” beer list.

As they build their business, Tronco takes “particular pride in shaping a restaurant culture that embraces professionalism, integrity and fun.”
