Altitude Hospitality Group is planning to bring back Till, a beloved Colorado Springs restaurant, at its original location at the Pinery North property. The eatery was recently announced by Fox21 to be part of a new culinary center at the 9633 Prominent Point facility.
The first phase of the new food attraction is set to open in March 2025, with the whole building expected to be fully operational by May 2025. It will also house Roost Coffee, Dad’s Donuts, The Mercantile, Campfire Pizza, Garden of the Gods Gourmet, and Garden of the Gods Catering.
Additionally, the complex will have exciting amenities like an outdoor skating rink and sports courts during different seasons. There is also a popular wedding and event venue on-site. Originally the property was up for sale but the transaction fell through.
The Till concept originally operated there but moved in 2020 to a downtown space that it shares with brunch concept Garden of the Gods Market and Cafe, opening at 4 p.m. A menu for its current location shows a variety of starters, fresh pasta, salads, entrees, and sides, as well as a selection of fall cocktails, classic drinks, wine, and beers.
