Denver’s beloved tiki bar Hell or High Water is about to undergo a new era, with a relocation to RiNo planned for 2026. The cheeky cocktail spot, known for its racy decor and fun, edgy vibe, will be moving to 3542 Walnut Street, according to Westword.

“We’re closing the gates. Hell as we know it is ending — this location will never reopen,” the brand confirmed on its social media pages. “This isn’t the end — it’s a rebirth. We’ll be back sometime in 2026 in a new, bigger location with more room, more chaos, and fewer limitations.”

Hell or High Water was first opened in July 2022 in LoDo by then-business partners Lexi Healy and Veronica Ramos. It was their second venture; the two had previously opened Edgewater’s Electric Cure together. A few months later, they opened a neighboring sister concept, Honor Farm, on the first floor of the Hell or High Water building.

Now changes are happening within all three companies. Both concepts at 1526 Blake Street will close in two weeks: Honor Farm is shuttering for good, and Healy will be taking over full proprietorship and creative direction efforts for Hell or High Water during its next steps. She will be stepping away from Electric Cure.

Healy is excited to bring the business to a space that will drastically increase capacity. Next to Tracks nightclub, the property used to house Millers & Rossi, a neighborhood dining and drinks spot that shuttered over the summer.
