A chic new dining destination is coming to Brighton, bringing a wine-focused restaurant to town. According to city records, the concept, called Vin39 Wine Bar, will be located at 2227 Prairie Center Parkway, Suite A., right off I-76.

Local couple Spencer and Rianna Kelpe are the entrepreneurs behind the venture. They went before the Brighton Chamber of Commerce last month and were granted approval for a liquor license at the property, records show. The Kelpes moved to the Brighton area eight years ago and have long planned to open a business rooted in the community.

The restaurant will be an upscale yet casual spot centered around wine, showcasing selections from regions around the world. Spencer told What Now Denver that the food menu will feature tapas, entrées, starters, salads, and desserts.

“Vin39 aims to create a unique local haven within Brighton by offering great wine and innovative dishes in an elegant yet approachable way. The goal is to foster community connections and enhance the local dining scene,” he explained.

It will occupy a 3,500-square-foot space and is currently undergoing tenant improvement. Construction started in early December, and updates are being shared on Vin39’s social media pages.
