FlannelJax’s, a new “axe-perience,” has entered the Colorado market with an axe-throwing venue in Arvada, according to a press release.

Owned locally by Subhash Bahuguna, the Arvada FlannelJax’s opened this month, at 7270B West 88th Avenue.

“After learning about FlannelJax’s and its unique and exciting experience, I knew it would be a perfect entertainment option for the fun-loving crowd here in Denver,” Bahuguna said in the release. “Axe throwing is a fun and physical activity, regardless of your experience level or athleticism. I’m thrilled to provide Denver residents a new option for gathering with family and friends and a unique experience for corporate groups and team building.”

Bahuguna joins FlannelJax’s with a background in software engineering and as a Chief Technology Officer who successfully built his own technology advisory service. Bahuguna is a U.S. immigrant from India and is heavily invested in the Denver community. Outside of business ownership, he enjoys spending time with his family and visiting the mountains in Colorado.

For locals who are new to axe throwing, FlannelJax’s is equipped with “Lumberjacks,” or lane coaches, to help guide groups through their selection of games. Including its new Colorado location, the company operates six locations, according to its website.
