Fiamma Grill & Bar, formerly Fiamma Grille, plans to reopen its doors soon. The restaurant’s website indicates a spring 2024 opening and the space is currently accepting private dining bookings while hiring for both front and back-of-the-house staff.

Located at 380 S Main St in Downtown Plymouth, Fiamma is known as a fine dining destination. Brother-and-sister owners Ryan Yaquinto and Julia Hill are local serial restaurateurs who also own two other Plymouth restaurants: The Sardine Room and Campari’s on the Park.

Located directly across Kellogg Park, Fiamma features a private dining room and an outdoor patio. While new menus haven’t been announced, the owners posted on Facebook that Fiamma will now feature a menu full of American fare, offering a variety of main courses, sharables, and small plates. The restaurant will also have a separate bar area and plans to have live music once it’s officially open.

What Now Detroit reached out to Yaquinto but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage. An opening date was not known to the public.
