Beloved East Lansing Stir Fry Restaurant Plans for Two New Locations

East Lansing’s Fuel’d Stir Fry and Salads is planning for two new locations at 980 W Eisenhower Pkwy in Ann Arbor and 3243 Miller Rd Suite C in Flint. Both locations are under development and are expected to open in 2024.

Founded by restauranteur David Young and investor Peter Jones, Fuel’d is known for its modular ordering process that allows customers to fully customize their orders. The restaurant’s menu features stir fry dishes, salads, and smoothies. “You will be the one to decide your fuel for the day and regardless of what you choose, remember you have made a dominant and compelling impact on the wellbeing of your lifestyle, your communities, and your environment,” the team shares on their website.

David Young who also owns Tangy Crab and Ohana Sushi on Lansing’s west side. Jones, who was co-founder and investor of Fuel’d, is an insurance agent based in East Lansing. “We are very excited to better service the Michigan area with two brand new locations.” Jones replied in a text.
