The word is out about a new cafe coming to the suburb.

From recent leasing documents, the new cafe is opening at 3614-3674 Rochester Road in Troy this winter. It was originally called Cafe Paratha, but according to the owner this is changing. Construction is currently happening inside, and the company is now working out permits.

The project, represented by Mid-America Real Estate, is the newest cafe concept coming to Troy. It will be themed to the Motor City with menu items that have not yet been disclosed. This will feature international flavors, and the space is meant to bring the Detroit community together.

The restaurant is opening at the Century Plaza on the south side of Troy. Also near the address are Wow Sushi, Orangetheory Fitness and Fresh and Pressed Juice. The new cafe will utilize many of the available parking spaces in the plaza.

No social media has been set up for the cafe yet. It is listed as being occupied by December of this year. More information will be released in the coming weeks.
