A family owned Italian restaurant is coming to the suburb south of Detroit.
Dolce V Cucina is set to open at 16705 West Road in Woodhaven. This will also feature a bar inside. Vince Cangialosi, chef for Dolce V, told What Now Detroit there is no set date of opening yet, but the team is shooting for the end of this month.
Right now, the restaurant is going through interviews for staff. Updates on construction have been put on social media in July and August. Now, the sign is up in front of the business.
“Where every dish is crafted with passion and love,” says the description on their Facebook page.
There is no menu released as of yet, but guests can expect signature Italian cuisine like pasta. Inside, there are booths set up along with the countertop bar. Staff have not given yet an update on status of construction.
Dolce V is going in near the intersection of West Road and Williamsburg Circle. It will go in next to the KFC on West Road. The restaurant is just east of the Woodhaven Village Square Shopping Center.
