Two Southeast Michigan locals are bringing a new brunch house to the town.

Owners Marjan and Katarina Berishaj are hard at work to introduce a new brunch house to the Howell area at 4140 E Grand River Avenue this year. This follows Stateside Deli‘s move to Brighton. Marjan told What Now Detroit that right now there is no opening date as construction is starting and it is early in the planning process.

“We’re working hard behind the scenes to create a warm, modern spot where families, friends, and neighbors can gather for amazing breakfast, brunch, and lunch,” said the post.

The menu has not been released, but based on the post the new spot will serve items like pancakes, eggs and other breakfast items. Coffees will be served among other drinks.

Stateside Deli was at the location in Howell, and the team later moved to 7526 Grand River Avenue in Brighton. Known for its corned beef and country hash, the owners were able to keep their Howell restaurant operating until August 2023 and then fully transitioned to the Brighton address. The new State Side Deli has seen success as it is still open today on the north side of town.

The address is at the Country Corners shopping area, with concepts like Los Tres Amigos Howell and Fusion Buffet. The brunch house will be towards the middle of the plaza. Downtown Howell is just west of the restaurant.

Right now, there is no social media or website for the restaurant. More information on the concept will be released soon.
