A new beer company could be brewing soon in Corktown near Michigan Central Station.

According to Eater Detroit, Six Spoke Brewery is expected to open later this year. It is located in the building where Two James Distillery and Cork & Gabel currently operate.

According to Eater Detroit‘s report, the name of the business refers to the “spokes” that make up the major roadways of the city. In addition to beer, the brewery would serve snacks and appetizers. The space is expected to include a large outdoor patio.

Founder Jordan Mifsud could not immediately be reached for comment.

Six Spoke Brewing Company LLC was formed in 2022.
