Another Houston TX Hot Chicken location is under development in Troy. Brothers Jason and Brandon Yono are the multi-unit franchisees in charge of the brand’s Michigan expansion. The pair have just opened their first location in Sterling Heights and are opening another in Novi this Fall, as reported here.

“We are the developers for Houston TX Hot Chicken in Michigan. We’re looking forward to opening Troy and expanding the brand in the state,” said Brandon Yono in a text to What Now Detroit.

The Troy location is marked as “under construction” on the company’s website. Located at 999 W Big Beaver Rd, the location is slated to open in Spring 2025. The site sits across the street from a large shopping center with various dining options, including Chipotle, The Melting Pot, Bonefish Grill, and Yard House.

Houston TX Hot Chicken currently has 20 locations across the US, with more on the horizon. The chain is known for mouthwatering hot chicken sandwiches in seven different heat levels, its signature house sauce, and freshly baked brioche bun.
