There sure has been an Asian food craze going on in Novi. First, we had Sakura Novi breaking grounds, now, the exciting news of a new Asian Food Hall is in the air. Noble Village Novi, a new development project transforming the previous One World Market, is bringing Clawson’s beloved Noble Fish Sushi and White Wolf Japanese Patisserie into its new food hall, set to open in 2024.

Started as a support to the Japanese community in Novi, One World Market offered all the Japanese goodness including Suhi, sake, and groceries. Now, it is ready for the next step with bigger expansions and better food under the new name of Noble Village, owned by True World Group, which is also the parent company for Noble Fish and White Wolf Japanese Patisserie, an izakaya restaurant.

Both concepts will carry their signature menu items. Noble Fish Sushi features traditional nigiri and maki rolls using the freshest ingredients. Meanwhile, White Wolf introduces the fine craft of Japanese pastries to the Novi community, highlighting unique items like their famous Yuzu Cheesecake and Seasonal Creme Brulee.

Noble Village Novi will be located at 42705 Grand River Ave. Noble Village has not responded to What Now Detroit reporter’s request for commentary by the time of this coverage. However, the team at White Wolf’s Clawson location did mention that the existing Noble Fish and White Wolf locations in Clawson are also merging and expanding into the space in between, bringing more offerings to the neighborhood under the name of Noble Village Clawson.
