We all know Chicago is famous for its hot dogs. Soon, foodies in Michigan will have the opportunity to savor in one of Chicago’s fan-favorite burger and hot dog chains thanks to power couple Danielle and Thomas Henry. The couple has signed an agreement to bring America’s Dog & Burger to Michigan. The first store will open at 31137 Mound Rd in Warren in the spring of 2024.

The couple has been searching for a noteworthy franchise to start a new chapter since 2023. With Danielle’s decade of marketing experience and Thomas’ 15+ years of restaurant operation and management experience, the couple was specifically looking for something that combines great food, a welcoming ambiance, and efficient operations.

The franchisees fell in love with AD&B when they first experienced the menu at Navy Pier in Chicago on a trip. The menu was an ingenious fusion of classic American flavors and innovative twists. The experience was a culinary journey that surpassed most regular fast-casual dining experiences. Based in Chicago, AD&B’s menu offers mouthwatering burgers, city-themed hot dogs, succulent chicken sandwiches, various wraps, and healthy salads.

Once the first restaurant is up and running, the Henrys plan to open two or three more locations in the next three years. Both were confident and hopeful for AD&B’s future in Michigan and their new roles as franchise operators.
