A new coffee spot is headed to Waterford Township.
Scooter’s Coffee is planned for 4200 Highland Road, near the Meijer. The drive-thru coffee shop serves hot and iced coffee drinks, as well as smoothies, tea and assorted food items.
This is the second Scooter’s Coffee location for franchisee Jay Beck. The location will hopefully be open by mid-summer 2025.
“We’re excited to be in the community,” Beck told What Now Detroit.
Scooter’s Coffee was founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles in Bellevue, Nebraska. The company began franchising in 2001. It now has more than 800 locations across the U.S., with several more in development.
