The Pennsylvania-based gas station company has no intention of scaling back in 2026.

From Click on Detroit, Sheetz is gearing up for a major expansion throughout Southeast Michigan. This includes 14 new locations stretching from Eastpointe to Ypsilanti. Right now, gas stations in Eastpointe, Novi, Fraser and Taylor are under construction.

Currently, the state has three Sheetz locations, two in Romulus and one in Warren. The new locations planned for Southeast Michigan are as follows:

19001 E Nine Mile Road, Eastpointe
2103 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti
5970 12 Mile Road, Warren
20623 Eureka Road, Taylor
39471 W 12 Mile Road, Novi
32981 Utica Road, Fraser
4160 S Lapeer Road, Orion Township
8200 Telegraph Road, Taylor
45075 N Gratiot Avenue, Macomb
7828 22 Mile Road, Shelby Township
7840 Haggery Road, Belleville
2003 12 Mile Road, Warren
3200 W 14 Mile Road, Royal Oak
50980 North Avenue, Macomb

Along with the many snacks sold in the store isles, Sheetz has a large menu including the Big Mozz Burger served with mozzarella sticks, provolone, and marinara, and the Boss Bacon Burger with red onions, lettuce, bacon, American cheese, mayo and mustard. There are also salads, salad wraps and other lunch options served from the kitchen. The menu options will be available 24 hours a day.

What Now Detroit previously reported on Sheetz opening in Hartland at 10081 Hartland Road. This project has been in the plans since last summer, and construction is now approved. The timeline for the new gas stations depends on approvals at city levels.

Sheetz is becoming one of the larger gas station companies in the U.S., with over 800 currently in operation. Even more gas stations in areas like Macomb, Van Buren Township and Shelby Township are rumored to be in the plans for the company. Sheetz also plans on growing around Ohio in the next few years.

What Now Detroit has reached out to representatives from Sheetz for further comment.
