Another eatery joining Lansing Shuffle at 325 Riverfront Dr is Takitos AF, anticipated to open on December 8, according to the eatery’s Google Business Profile. The restaurant serves “a playful fusion of traditional Mexican cuisine and creative innovation,” according to the official description.

Takitos AF is a modern Mexican restaurant focusing on authentic Mexican street food, including mouthwatering taquitos, burrito bowls, traditional desserts, and more. The menu pays homage to the chef’s family heritage with an innovative twist that makes every bite a delightful surprise. As the restaurant’s name indicates, the core offering will be taquitos with various fillings, varying from classic beef and chicken to innovative vegetarian and vegan choices.

Once open, the restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Takitos AF is owned and operated by Ivan Vera. By the time of this coverage, Vera had not replied to What Now Detroit‘s request for commentaries.
