No Graze Off will be offering a new sit-down experience that goes beyond catering.
The Grazery is a new concept that will be opening at 22836 Orchard Lake Road in Farmington, the same location of No Graze Off. It is described as a “made-to-order charcuterie and dirty soda bar.” There is not an opening date set, but work on the interior is being done.
The Grazery is meant to be an area to have a dirty soda drink and socialize with made-to-order charcuterie plates. The space will also have events such as private charcuterie workshops, private parties and time to record podcasts. In a recent Instagram post, owner Tiana Austin-Gardner said the team is getting close to opening the new concept.
“We are so close and super excited to share the world of cheese (and dirty soda) with you all!”
No Graze Off currently sells charcuterie arrangements with different themes such as lunch, with pancakes, muffins and fruit, as well as wooden boards with meats and breads. The made-to-order charcuterie items on the menu for The Grazery have not been announced, but the dirty soda will be infused with cream and flavored syrups.
The business is located near the corner of Shiawassee Street on Orchard Lake Road. It’s connected to Beijing Garden Chinese restaurant and is on the other side of the building. No Graze Off is already listed as open, and The Grazery will be opening at the space later.
