Following their success as a mobile eatery, the owners are settling down at a new location to serve Swartz Creek.
Triple Threat Mobile Eatery, known for their packed sandwiches and funnel cake fries, is parking at a permanent location soon. The new address has not been announced, but their food truck operates at 9010 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. An opening date is set to be unveiled soon.
“The truck was just a warning shot,” says the recent post from Triple Threat. “Coming soon – Forget your diet, load your appetite.”
The sandwiches offered are considered “heavyweight” with loaded tots or mac & cheese on top. The Balboa is a classic Philly cheesesteak with shaved steak, whiz and caramelized onions. For drinks, Faygo sodas and Liquid Death flavors are on the menu, along with candies like Swedish Fish and Sour Patch Kids.
The company is mainly owned by Jason Bennett, who has experience in the restaurant business including as vice president of a restaurant franchise. He then decided to pursue his own business and serve the Swartz Creek area. The mobile eatery is parked at 9010 Miller Road, and staff have served areas of Michigan in the past including Mount Morris and the Walnut Hills Campground.
More information on their menu and new location can be found on their website. What Now Detroit has reached out to Bennett, and this article may be updated.
