Sugar Land, located just 30 minutes from Houston, is now home to a new Dunkin’ location. What’s special about the store is that it’s the donut and coffee chain’s first drive-thru-only location in the Houston area.

Dunkin’ Brings Drive-Thru-Only Locations to Sugar Land
Dunkin’s new location at Sugar Land will not have indoor seating or walk-in service. Instead, the location features a drive-thru-only layout, which the company calls its “Next Generation” design.
Customers can place orders at the walk-up window of the modern, drive-thru-only building. They can get their fresh and handcrafted coffee from the espresso machines as well.
As per the official website, the location will also offer On-the-Go Mobile Ordering. Customers will be able to place their orders ahead of time and pick them up at the store, skipping the wait in line. The store will have the On Tap feature as well, says the official site.
The Dunkin’ at Sugarland is located at 11930 Dairy Ashford Road, with a Domino’s and a Mobil on either side. As per the official press release, the location will have its grand opening on June 7.
Amin Dhanani is the Franchisee for the Dunkin’ location at Sugar Land. He is also the owner of many other Dunkin’ franchises across Texas and other states.
Diverse Menu Offerings
Customers in Sugar Land can enjoy the complete range of Dunkin’s renowned offerings. Coffee, whether one likes it hot, cold or frozen, will be served. Those who prefer something without caffeine to drink will have plenty of options as well.

As per the official site, the timings for the new Sugar Land location of Dunkin’ will be as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 5 AM to 8 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 6 AM to 9 PM
