1932 Cattleman’s Club is wrangling up for a honky-tonk good time, with fine-dining pizzaz, the RodeoHouston. The new concept will be located in NRG Park on Stadium Drive, outside of NRG Stadium’s East entrance, according to the Houston Business Journal.

The new culinary journey is brought to the community by Fertitta Entertainment, which is set to debut the 1932 Cattleman’s Club at RodeHouston in Spring 2026.

The new concept is replacing Berg Hospitality Group‘s Saloon + Steakhouse. Saloon Steakhouse has been operating at NRG Park for the rodeo since 2022. But now a new sheriff is in town, and with it comes some new eats.

1932 Cattelman’s Club will offer an oyster and raw bar with Cajun cowboy oysters. Perhaps the most notable thing on the extensive menu is the Trail Boss Flaming Tomahawk. But, the menu lays it on thick with everything from shrimp and crab cheesecake to caviar service, turning the rodeo experience into an even more elevated event.

The new experience is set to hit RodeHouston for a 21-day run from March 2 through March 22, 2026.

What Now Houston reached out to Fertitta Entertainment group’s Jill Humphrey for comment, but did not hear back by the time of this publication. What Now Houston also reached out to RodeoHouston President and CEO, Chris Boleman, but unfortunately did not hear back from Boleman either.

As the year winds I’m sure more details will be revealed and circulated throughout social media. Houstanites will also likely be able to see it coming with construction and design on the undertaking set to take place soon.

Don’t miss the new RodeoHouston pop-up, 1932 Cattleman’s Club, when it gallops into NRG Park on Stadium Drive, outside of NRG Stadium’s East entrance in Spring 2026.
