TC4 & Co Hospitality continues to expand its portfolio of offerings with news that The League Kitchen & Tavern is heading to both Tomball and Katy, according to Business Journal.
The League Kitchen & Tavern is one of the concepts TC4 & Co runs, and it leans into a 1920s Prohibition era vibe, serving rustic American comfort food made from scratch and paired with a cocktail menu that “takes guests on a stroll through history.” Right now its existing spots are in the Austin area, from Avery Ranch and Bee Cave to Belterra and Lakeway.
TC4 & Co Hospitality is rooted in Austin and focuses on hard work, high standards, and memorable hospitality. It was founded by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV in 2009 with the launch of Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza, and then followed with The League Kitchen & Tavern in 2011. Their stable now includes brands like Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes, plus Cousin Louie’s, with roughly 16 or more locations across Austin.
What stands out about The League is how it blends a classic era with approachable comfort. The menu features starters like truffle deviled eggs or meatloaf bites, main dishes from rotisserie chicken to ribeye, and a butcher and baker section with things like hand‑ground burgers and grilled cheese stacks. And then there’s the drinks—mixes like the Smoked Avocado Margarita or a vintage‑style Old Fashioned that feel like they belong in a speakeasy.
Adding Tomball and Katy to the map seems like a strategic move. Both markets are growing fast and could be primed for a concept that offers both comfort food and a smart cocktail experience. It makes sense for TC4 & Co Hospitality to take the brand north of Austin, where there is appetite for elevated casual dining with a bit of story behind it.
If everything stays on track, fans in Tomball might be pulling up a chair by the end of 2026, while those in Katy can expect their own slice of League charm in spring of 2027.
