ALife Hospitality Group’s Stick Talk Cajun Hibachi is about to get a brick-and-mortar location at 502 Elgin St., confirmed by the Co-Owner Jonathan Reitzell.
Deemed “Houston’s Hottest Food Truck,” according to the website, Stick Talk offers Cajun-style hibachi to include all veggies, chicken, shimp, ribeye, crawfish tail, salmon, filet mignon, and 2 lobster tails. If you can’t choose just one, there are combination platter options along with eight wings and fries, tempura shrimp, or seafood egg rolls. To-go cocktails and various lemonade flavors are available to pair with your favorite dish as well.
The food truck is located at 5819 Richmond Ave. from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., Thursday through Sunday.
ALife Hospitality Group owns multiple restaurants, bars, and nightlife establishments in the Houston area. It was founded by Reitzell and Co-Owner Mojeed Martins in 2013. Their current portfolio continues to grow with their promise for “memorable experiences” and “unforgettable events.”
Reitzell was unavailable for further comment, so details on the new location are unknown. However, according to the permit on file with the city, the remodel is projected to cost $175,000.
Opening time frame for the new Stick Talk on Elgin St. is currently unknown.
