Ambriza Social Mexican Kitchen is gearing up in Webster with its fourth Houston-area location that is set to open at 110 Osprey Dr later this year, confirmed by Co-Owner Amber Garcia. Known for its vibrant hospitality and authentic Mexican cuisine, the restaurant is taking a bold step forward with a freestanding location that marks a new chapter in its expansion journey.
“We have a big responsibility to our staff,” shared Garcia. “We grow every manager from within and we have committed to growing one restaurant per year to be able to provide more opportunities.” That commitment to internal growth will undoubtedly play a major role in this new outpost. “Webster is an excellent market and has a void of authentic Mexican food. The city of Webster was so easy to work with and they have a great vision for what they want to accomplish in their city and we feel like this was the best development and best opportunity for us.”
The new location is unique in more ways than one. This being Ambriza’s first freestanding restaurant, it will allow for growth unlike before. “I think it will change it in a major way,” Garcia said. “It will allow us to create a bigger presence and bigger footprint in the market. It will allow us the opportunity to provide more guests with great hospitality. I think it’ll set the company in a new direction.”
That direction includes live music, entertainment, guest chef collaborations from Mexico, and forward-thinking tech upgrades. “We will provide quite a few new experiences with this location. We are always innovating and trying to find ways to make Ambriza more technologically advanced. We’re exploring AI to help our guests with questions about the menu, allergies, events, etc.”
If all goes to plan, Ambriza Social Mexican Kitchen will be serving the Webster community by late October or early November 2025. With a blend of culture, creativity, and community at its core, this latest location is shaping up to be the brand’s most ambitious yet.
