New York-based chicken chain Atomic Wings is bringing its signature heat to Stafford with a fresh location underway at 11123 W Airport Blvd #200. According to city permits, the upcoming outpost is a project led by Franchisee Jalal Kapadia, marking another step in the brand’s Texas expansion.
The permit outlines a finish-out renovation for the 1,584-square-foot restaurant space, with an estimated cost of $150,000. Once open, the Stafford location is expected to offer Atomic Wings’ well-known lineup of classic and boneless wings, tenders, sandwiches, and a range of sauces that cater to every level of spice tolerance—from mild garlic parmesan to their infamous nuclear option.
Atomic Wings has made a name for itself by staying true to its origins, promising authentic New York-style wings while growing its presence across America. Kapadia’s new location will serve as a key part of the brand’s push into the Greater Houston market, where demand for bold, fast-casual dining continues to rise.
Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2025, with completion targeted for June 2025.
