Berg Hospitality has submitted a permit for a $250,000 kitchen renovation at one of its iconic Houston eateries.

In the heart of Houston, B.B. Lemon at 1809 Washington Ave is undergoing a significant transformation. Berg Hospitality, renowned for elevating dining experiences that’s led by CEO Benjamin Berg, has embarked on a kitchen renovation journey at this beloved establishment.

According to the permit on file, this will be an estimated $250,000 project. Spanning 2,000 square feet, the renovation involves the relocation of existing kitchen equipment, suggesting an innovative redesign aimed at enhancing efficiency and culinary creativity. This alteration is not just a mere upgrade; it’s a reimagination of B.B. Lemon’s culinary workspace, promising to enrich the gastronomic delights offered to its patrons.

In addition to this endeavor, Berg Hospitality has also filed a permit for an interior remodel for the Berg Hospitality Commissary Kitchen to be located at 4610 S Sam Houston Pkwy W #510, Houston, TX 77053. This expansive project covers an impressive 51,641 square feet, hinting at a substantial enhancement of their operational capabilities.

As of this publishing, no representative was available for comment on either project. However, the substantial investment and scale of these renovations underline Berg Hospitality’s commitment to excellence and innovation in Houston’s dynamic culinary scene.

The kitchen renovations at B.B. Lemon are set to begin in April 2024, and completing in July 2024. The commissary kitchen’s interior remodel has been been projected to begin in February 2024 with its completion in July 2024 as well.
