Baskin Robbins, the beloved ice cream chain known for its “31 flavors,” is set to add a new scoop of sweetness to Humble. The latest location, slated for 8790 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W, Suite B300, is under the direction of Franchisee Gary Patel, who is not only bringing the brand to the area but also taking on the role of general contractor for the project.

According to the permit on file, the new Baskin Robbins will involve a significant renovation and alteration of the 2,000 square foot tenant space. The project, with an estimated cost of $190,000, will transform the location into a vibrant ice cream shop that is sure to become a local favorite.

With its prime location and the promise of delicious frozen treats, this new Baskin Robbins is set to become a go-to spot for families, friends, and ice cream enthusiasts in Humble. The community eagerly awaits the grand opening, which is sure to mark the start of many sweet memories.

Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2025, with an anticipated completion date in June 2025.
