Burger King fans in will soon notice big changes brewing at the location at 4502 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521. The restaurant is gearing up for a full renovation as part of the brand’s latest Sizzle Standards upgrade, aimed at modernizing the guest experience with fresh design elements and updated tech and efficiencies.
The remodel, spearheaded by franchisee Dhanani Group, will consist of the full 4,352-square-foot space. According to recently filed permits, the estimated cost of the project sits at $550,000, with the scope labeled as a full renovation and alteration of the existing structure. While specific interior details weren’t included, the Sizzle refresh typically includes a bold exterior, sleeker interiors, and new layouts meant to support mobile orders and digital drive-thru features.
The Dhanani Group is one of Burger King’s largest franchise operators and has overseen numerous remodels in recent years as the brand pushes forward with nationwide updates. These overhauls are part of Burger King’s broader strategy to stay competitive and appealing to today’s customers, especially in high-traffic areas.
Construction is expected to begin in August 2025 with a project completion aimed for November 2025.
