Co-Franchisees Thomas and Ashley Perrin are thrilled to bring this beloved coffee shop to the neighborhood, creating a new spot for coffee enthusiasts to gather and enjoy a variety of freshly brewed drinks and delicious bites. With an estimated cost of $100,000, the new construction will transform a 1,400-square-foot space into a warm and inviting café, complete with two restrooms and a kitchen.
The build-out will focus on crafting a cozy and modern ambiance, where visitors can relax, recharge, and savor the full Beans & Brews experience. The Perrins, both long-time coffee lovers and advocates for community-driven businesses, are excited to offer a welcoming space where locals can connect over quality coffee.
