Black Rock Coffee Bar is set to make waves with two new locations per permits on file with the state. These expansions aim to serve the communities of Humble and Katy with their signature coffee experience.
The first location is planned for 9437 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W in Humble that involves a renovation and tenant finish-out of an existing 2,061-square-foot space. The project is estimated at $350,000.
The coffee brand is also expanding its footprint to Katy at 1811 W Grand Pkwy N #200. This second location is also undergoing a $350,000 renovation of 2,000 square feet in an existing leased building.
These expansions align with Black Rock Coffee Bar’s ongoing mission to grow its community presence and provide surrounding areas with its signature menu. As the projects progress, fans can look forward to updates on specific grand opening details for each location.
The Humble project is slated to begin construction in May 2025 with a completion in October 2025. Katy’s project, however is permitted to begin its build-out in March 2025 with its completion in August 2025.
