Bojangles is continuing its brand growth, this time with a new location in Rosenberg. The popular chicken and biscuits chain will be landing at 27803 Southwest Fwy, according to public permits tied to the project. The new restaurant is being spearheaded by Co-Franchisee Moussa Haidar, who is helping bring the brand’s signature Southern flavors to new communities across the region.
Permit filings reveal that the Rosenberg location will be a ground-up development with an estimated cost of $900,000. The project is classified as new construction and will sit on private land with private funding, pointing to a focused and strategic investment into the area. Plans include a 3,037-square-foot fast-food restaurant complete with a drive-thru. This feature is essential for the brand’s quick-service model and its loyal customer base who are on the go.
The scope of work outlined in the documents confirms that this will be a standalone build tailored specifically for Bojangles, rather than a remodel or takeover of an existing space. With Texas proving to be fertile ground for the brand’s growth, this upcoming spot in Rosenberg positions Bojangles for a strong presence along the Southwest Freeway corridor.
Construction is slated to begin in August 2025, with completion projected for November 2025.
