A new Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is in the works for The Woodlands. The latest location is under construction at 9595 Six Pines Dr. in The Woodlands and is expected to open in November 2022.
John Reed and Leslie Nguyen founded Bosscat Kitchen & Libations in 2014, and the upscale casual dining restaurant now has two locations in California, one at 4310 Westheimer Rd. in Houston, and the newest addition planned for The Woodlands.
Bosscat Kitchen & Libations includes a menu of American comfort food. Enjoy an appetizer of Pork Belly Poutine with Bosscat fries, pork belly, Ellsworth Creamery cheese curds, and andouille sausage gravy, or try some Ahi Tuna Wraps. You can choose from a number of dishes including soups, salads, and sandwiches, or main entrees such as Shrimp and Grits, Carolina Barbecue Salmon, and Sugar Barrel Steak. Brunch is available on weekends.
An expansive whiskey selection is open for the tasting. Signature cocktails include The Bosscat, which includes Kentucky bourbon, citrus, bitters, and rosemary, or you can enjoy a wide variety of beer and wine, if preferred.
