Buffalo Wild Wings is getting ready to make some changes to its Conroe restaurant, according to a recently filed permit. Located at 2948 Interstate 45 N, Suite 500, the nearly 4,000-square-foot space will soon undergo a focused interior renovation.
The scope of work includes removing a 4-foot half-height wall that currently separates the dining room from the bar, giving the space a more open layout. The permit also notes that the wall’s electrical elements will be capped, and there will be minor updates to the restrooms. It’s a straightforward project, but one that signals a freshened-up experience for local guests.
Buffalo Wild Wings is part of the Inspire Brands family, which also owns Arby’s, Sonic, Dunkin’, and Jimmy John’s. The company has been rolling out strategic updates at locations across the country, aiming to improve customer flow and visibility between high-traffic areas like bars and dining rooms.
The estimated cost of the renovation is $170,000 and the project is set to begin and finish in January 2026.
