According to permit details, the new location has an estimated 3,000 square feet of space and is speculated to bring a fresh, modern dining experience to the Katy area. Dhanani wasn’t available for further comment as of this publishing.
Burger Bodega was first a smash burger pop-up and has since transitioned to a storefront, and this expansion only solidifies the restaurant’s success with using high-quality ingredients and a menu that reflects urban culture and bold creativity. The brand has steadily gained a loyal following and is known for its innovative burger creations and Instagram-worthy presentation.

Construction is set to begin in January 2025, with a projected completion date of April 2025.
