Ciao Bella Bakery Cafe Set to Open in The Boulevard this Spring

A state permit details that Ciao Bella Bakery Cafe will open on Bay Area Blvd.

Ciao Bella Bakery Cafe is a new sweets shop coming to The Boulevard. According to a recently filed state permit, the new cafe is expected to open at 595 W. Bay Area Blvd. in Webster.

Construction on the new bakery just started and is slated to wrap up by the end of March 2026. The new build on the 2,625 square-foot bakery and cafe is estimated to cost a whopping $200,000.

Bryan Siamak is listed as the tenant of the new establishment. What Now Houston reached out to Siamak for details on the opening. Siamak confirmed that the bakery and cafe would be opening this Spring but was not able to share more details before this publication.

From the name alone, it’s obvious that Cioa Bella Bakery Cafe will likely have coffee, hot drinks, and pastries. Unfortunately, Ciao Bella Bakery Cafe does not yet have a website or social media footprint.

While a specific opening date has not yet been released, March is just up the road. So, we’re sure more information about this bakery will be made available sooner rather than later.
