Crust Pizza is set to make waves in Katy with its newest location at 22219 FM 529, Suite 105, confirmed by Co-Franchisees Dennis and Nel Solari. Building on the success of their first location in Cypress, which opened in July 2022, the duo is excited to bring their gourmet pizzas to the Elyson community.
“The menu is changed from time to time depending on the customer’s taste,” Dennis Solari shared. “However, we keep our main 10 gourmets pizzas that are loved by our clientele.” This blend of consistency and flexibility is a cornerstone of their approach, ensuring that both returning patrons and new visitors can find something delicious on their menu. Crust Pizza is known for its high-quality ingredients and innovative takes on traditional pizza, appealing to a wide variety of tastes.
As the co-franchisees prepares for this new venture, they remain committed to keeping their customers at the heart of every decision.
According to city permits, the new Katy location will involve an extensive interior build-out, with an estimated cost of $400,000 to transform the 2,800-square-foot space into a cozy yet modern pizzeria. Housed within an existing retail shell building, this renovation promises to create an inviting atmosphere perfect for family dining, casual lunches, or fun evenings out.
This new Crust Pizza is poised to become a favorite dining destination for residents and visitors alike with a projected opening date in the second quarter of 2025.
