Crust Pizza is headed to Katy, with a new restaurant set for 29615 Jordan Crossing Blvd, Suite 250. The upcoming spot comes from Franchisee Trang Do and her partner, Vu Dau, who are introducing the brand to the community with plans for more locations in the near future.

Dau, who is leading construction on the project, shared his connection to the concept. “I built a few of their locations, I really liked the food and the ambiance, so we decided to franchise,” he said. This Katy restaurant is the first for the duo, and it is tied to a multi-unit agreement. The second planned location is already targeted for Fulshear, where property development is in progress and estimated to open within the next year to year and a half.

Permits show the Katy project for this Crust Pizza is a full interior build-out. The work includes new gypsum board partitions, a fresh dining space, a food line area, a kitchen, updated ceilings, and restrooms. Mechanical improvements such as new air conditioning ducts and lighting are also part of the build. The finished restaurant will provide a modern and comfortable setting for families and pizza fans alike.

This venture is also a personal one, with Dau partnering alongside his girlfriend for the franchise. He will handle construction and also play a role in day-to-day operations once doors open.

If everything stays on schedule, the Katy location is aiming for a late January 2026 debut.
