Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, is gearing up to open its first Greater Houston location in Conroe. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant will be located at 2816 Interstate 45 North in Conroe Marketplace. This is the first of five planned Eggs Up Grill locations for franchisees Chris and Kyle White, a father-son team. With indoor seating for 138 and outdoor seating for 24, the Conroe restaurant promises a welcoming atmosphere, complete with a 16-seat private dining room known as “The Coop,” perfect for larger gatherings.
Chris White, a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate broker, and his son Kyle, an attorney specializing in real estate, wills, and probate law, chose Eggs Up Grill for its family-oriented values and strong community focus. “When we decided to expand our portfolios into restaurants, and specifically brunch, it had to be a brand of the highest integrity with a track record of support, as well as the same culture and values that match ours,” said Kyle White. The Whites, eager to contribute to Conroe’s local economy, emphasize the importance of community engagement and support for local businesses.
Eggs Up Grill will offer a full menu from open to close, featuring signature items like made-to-order omelets, buttery grilled blueberry muffins, croissant-style donuts, and the Red, White, and Blue Waffle. The restaurant will serve guests seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with options for dine-in, takeout, catering, and delivery. As part of its mission of “neighbors serving neighbors,” the Whites plan to support local first responders and other community organizations, furthering the brand’s commitment to fostering a neighborly environment.
Eggs Up Grill has become one of the fastest-growing breakfast concepts in the U.S., with more than 100 locations in development. As the Whites open the doors to their first location in Conroe, they are already laying the groundwork for further expansion across Texas.
This first location will officially open in November 2024.
